Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to run your lessons:

• Account details: your name, email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Booking details: the package, format (online or in person), date and time of your lessons, and any notes you choose to add.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal, Venmo or Wise payments by those providers. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of the payment amount, method and reference code.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact form or the chat assistant on the site.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, generated by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

• To create and manage your account.
• To schedule, confirm and deliver your lessons.
• To process payments and keep payment records.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud or abuse.

We connect to the Google Calendar of Natalia, the teacher, using Google's authorization system. This connection is used only to:

• read busy and free times, so the booking calendar shows only available slots; and
• create a calendar event (with a Google Meet link for online lessons) when you book, which includes your name and email so you receive the invitation.

We do not access the Google account or calendar of students, and we do not use Google data for advertising or share it with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site, and only as needed:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• MongoDB Atlas (database)
• Stripe, PayPal, Venmo and Wise (payments)
• Google (Calendar and Meet)
• Resend (transactional email)
• HablaloBot (chat assistant)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

We keep your account and booking records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and access to our systems is limited. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw your consent to its processing, by emailing us at npuentesrol@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If a minor takes lessons, the account must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
